How coloring pages are made

• AI generation (subscription required): the single photo you select is sent securely to our AI provider, Black Forest Labs (via the FLUX API), which returns the coloring page. We do not keep your photo after the page has been made, and we do not use it to train any model.

What we collect

• Subscription status — managed by Apple; we receive only what's needed to unlock AI features.
• Photos you select for AI generation — sent to Black Forest Labs to create the page (see above); not stored by us afterwards.
• Basic diagnostics — if enabled, to keep the app stable.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't upload your whole photo library — only the specific photo you pick, and only when you use an AI engine. We don't use your photos to train our own models.

Physical books

If you choose to order a printed copy of a colouring book, we share what's needed to make and ship it: your shipping name and address and the finished pages go to our print partner, Lulu Press, who print and ship the book; your payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your order (recipient, address, and order status) so we can help if something goes wrong. See the Terms of Use for pricing and our refund policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Australian Privacy Act and the GDPR) you may request access to or deletion of your personal data. Contact huelinesapp@gmail.com.

Data retention

Coloring pages live in the app on your device until you delete them. If you are signed in to iCloud, your pages, folders and books also sync to your personal, private iCloud storage (Apple CloudKit) so they can be restored to a new device — this is your own Apple storage, encrypted in transit and at rest, and we cannot access it. Deleting a page in the app removes it from iCloud too. We do not retain copies of photos sent for AI generation once the page has been returned.

Subprocessors

These third parties may process limited data on our behalf. We only share what's needed for each purpose.

• Apple — app distribution, subscription billing (StoreKit / In-App Purchase), and iCloud sync of your library (CloudKit — stored in your own private iCloud, not accessible to us). Data: subscription/purchase status; your coloring pages/folders/books in your own iCloud storage.
• Black Forest Labs (FLUX API) — AI coloring-page generation, when you choose the FLUX Klein engine. Data: the single photo you select for that generation.
• Stripe — payment processing for printed-book orders. Data: your payment and billing details, collected directly by Stripe (we don't see or store full card numbers).
• Lulu Press — printing and shipping printed-book orders. Data: your shipping name/address and the finished pages you're printing.
