Welcome to Trace On Me, operated by Jordan Braiuka ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.
You keep all rights to the photos you import. By using a photo in Trace On Me you confirm that you own it or have permission from the rights holder and from anyone who appears in it, and that you are allowed to turn it into a coloring page. You are responsible for the content of the photos you use. Do not use photos you do not have the right to use, or that are unlawful, infringing, or that depict another person without their consent.
Trace On Me converts your photos into coloring pages using our AI provider, Black Forest Labs (FLUX). A subscription is required to create pages.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple and renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Do not use Trace On Me to create material that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, or depicts a real person without their consent.
The app, its software, and its design belong to Jordan Braiuka. The coloring pages you create from your own photos belong to you.
You can order a physical, printed copy of a colouring book you've made. This is a separate purchase from your subscription: it's charged in Australian dollars by our payment processor, Stripe, directly to your card at checkout — it does not go through your Apple ID or App Store balance.
Pricing. Currently A$29.99 per book plus a flat A$4.99 shipping charge per order (shipping is charged once no matter how many books or copies you order together). Prices are shown in the app before you pay. We currently ship within Australia only.
Production and delivery. Each book is custom-printed to order from your own pages — nothing is printed until you pay. Books are typically produced and delivered within 2–3 weeks of ordering. We'll email you when your order ships.
Cancellations and refunds. Because every book is made to order, we can only offer a full refund if you cancel before printing has started — contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you need to cancel. Once printing has begun we can't offer a refund for a simple change of mind. If your book arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of your order and we'll reprint it or refund you, free of charge. This is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protections.
